Providing interior designed, premium accommodation with high care, permanent and respite places with 24 hour Registered Nursing Care.
Burdett House features beautifully landscaped gardens and courtyards, providing welcoming spaces for residents to relax outdoors, enjoy fresh air and spend time with family and friends. An on-site café adds to the warm, community-focused atmosphere, offering a selection of refreshments throughout the day.
Residents can enjoy spacious, beautifully appointed single rooms and suites, designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Each room features a state-of-the-art king single bed, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light.
Our Hospitality Services Team and dietitian work together to create a varied menu of delicious and nutritious meals. Prepared by our in-house professional chef using fresh seasonal produce, meals are served across breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a choice of dishes to suit a range of tastes and dietary needs. Residents can enjoy their meals in one of our welcoming dining areas or choose room service.

Until this assessment has been received by Thompson Health Care, you will be charged all contribution fees in full.
Permanent residents also pay a deposit, paid either as a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD)
or an additional Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) or a combination of both RAD and DAP.

Higher Everyday Living Fee applies to premium or superior services which are not included in the Department of Health, Disability and Aging Standard Services List from 1 November 2025.
