This luxurious nursing home combines the charm and distinction of a bygone area with up-to-date technology and modern conveniences.

Situated on Bowral Golf Course, residents can enjoy picturesque views of the fairway from both the ground and first floor balconies and living areas whilst being close to all the amenities of Bowral shopping village.

Quality furnishing and fittings provide the residents of Bowral House with a comfortable and distinguished home. Large individual rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and flat screen televisions provide residents with their own private retreat. In addition, the in-house coffee shop, many lounge and dining room areas and outdoor balconies and courtyards provide residents with areas to entertain their family and friends, simply relax, or participate in one of the many activities. Computers complete with internet access are also available for residents to utilize.

Bowral House Nursing Home  Fee and Bond Schedule InformationAll residents pay a daily fee including the basic fee.Permanent residents also pay a deposit, paid either as a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) oran additional Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) ora combination of both RAD and DAP.Any outstanding bond amount will accrue interest at the MaximumPermissable Interst Rate (MPIR) applicable at the time of permanent admission.Any amount paid as a RAD is government guaranteed andis refunded to the resident as per the Permanent Agreement

MPIR: Maximum Permissible Interest Rate: from  1 July. 2017
RAD: Refundable Accommodation Deposit
DAP: Daily Accommodation Payment
